FAQ's

Please review the FAQ's below. As we receive more questions, we will update this FAQ page to provide you with the most amount of help we can.
Will I have to go to court?
Not necessarily. Nearly all cases settle before trial. Some cases settle during trial. If your case does not settle, we will stand with you, counsel you, and prepare you for court.
How long will this process take?
Unfortunately, there is no clear answer to this question. The answer depends upon numerous factors, some of which are not within our control. The answer often times depends on the type of case, the issues to be tried, and even the court's schedule. Additionally, some defendants and insurance companies drag their feet and delay the conclusion of a case. Please understand that with the contingency fee, the Denton Law Firm does not get paid until you do. Thus, there is clear incentive on behalf of our law firm to push your case to conclusion.
